For private dinners and small events, I recommend booking at least 2–3 weeks in advance. For larger events or custom catering, please reach out at least 4–6 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
3. Do you accommodate dietary restrictions or food allergies?
Yes! I specialize in custom menus and am happy to accommodate dietary needs such as gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, or allergy-conscious meals. Please share any requirements during your consultation.
4. What is included in the pricing?
Pricing varies based on the service and guest count, but typically includes grocery costs, menu planning, cooking, setup, and cleanup. For events, I also offer add-ons like rentals, staff, and decor upon request.
5. Do you provide tableware or servers?
Tableware and service staff are available as add-ons. If you need full service, just let me know during booking and I’ll include it in your quote.
6. Do you cook in my home or off-site?
For private chef services, I usually prepare meals in your home or venue kitchen. For catering orders, food can be delivered ready-to-serve or set up buffet-style depending on your needs.
7. What areas do you serve?
I’m based in Austin, TX and serve the surrounding area. I’m available to travel for destination events or out-of-area bookings—travel fees may apply.
8. How do I book a consultation?
You can book a consultation directly through the “Book Consultation” section on my website. This is a quick call or form to discuss your vision, dietary needs, and event details before receiving a custom quote.
9. What is your cancellation or refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made at least 7 days in advance, a partial refund may be available. Full details will be outlined in your service agreement.
10. Do you offer meal prep or weekly in-home cooking?
Yes, I offer personalized meal prep packages on a weekly or biweekly basis. These are designed around your tastes and lifestyle and can include on-site prep or delivery.
